Windows Media Player 9 will play webcast videos at one of 3 bit rates depending on your internet connection speed. The 3 bit rate streams are 241 Kbps, 106 Kbps and 32 Kbps. The higher the bit rate the better the quality. To see which bit rate your current internet connection can support, click on the play button below. Once the video is playing, click View on the top menu bar, and then select Statistics. The Basic statistics screen will tell you at which bit rate the content is currently being received.
