Existing LSM Accounts

Types of LSM accounts::

• Direct Mail Service (DMS). Used by individuals to receive new books.
• Printed Material (PM). Used by churches to receive books.
• Printed Material, Irregular orders (PMI). Used by churches to order books on an irregular basis.
• Tapes (T, TSO). Used by both individuals and churches to order tapes.

If you already have one of the above LSM accounts, you may use it to pay for your webcast service. Your account number may be found at the top right corner of your "Monthly Statement of Account" (for example: Account 1992, or Account 58.165). In addition to a monthly statement of account, each book or tape order is shipped with an invoice. Your customer number may be found at the top right corner of the invoice (for example: Customer 58). If you enter your customer number and you have more than one account (for example, DMS and T), a list of account numbers will be displayed. Enter only the number portion and not the description (for example, DMS).
